ČD Cargo Logistics and the University of Defence: Cooperation for the future of military logistics

On 10 December 2024, we welcomed future military logisticians from the Faculty of Military Leadership at the University of Defence and organised a specialised seminar on rail freight and emergency transport. The event was part of our long-term cooperation with this prestigious institution.

Our experienced experts Vít Mikolášik, Martina Kholová and Petr Franče presented a comprehensive view of the activities of the entire ČD Cargo Group to the future military logisticians. We focused in particular on the area of rail cargo and the specifics of extraordinary transports, which include transports for the military.

The aim of the seminar was to acquaint students with the opportunities that rail transport offers in the field of logistics and the challenges that this area brings with it. We believe that the knowledge gained will be a valuable asset to future military logistics professionals.
